Tesla’s humanoid robot Optimus can now do yoga, gesture “namaste,” and even sort blocks by color autonomously, according to a video released by the company on X, formerly Twitter.
The video, which is just over a minute long, has now received over 11 million views. It demonstrates the robot’s capacity to organize objects and even correct its blunders. Optimus was also proved to be adaptable and capable of completing tasks even in the presence of human interaction.

The robot then does yoga positions to demonstrate its balance and suppleness. It stretched its limbs and stood on one leg. Optimus can now self-calibrate its arms and legs and identify its limbs in space using vision and joint position encoders, according to Tesla.
“Optimus can now sort items on his own. Its neural network has been fully trained from start to finish: video in, controls out. “Come join us to help develop Optimus (and improve its yoga routine),” said the official Tesla Optimus account on X.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk responded to the video with a single word: “Progress.”
The business has been working on developing a bipedal, autonomous humanoid robot capable of doing dangerous, repetitive, or monotonous activities.
